The December double: two shows, two venues

Green Energy India Expo and Auto EV Bharat are both listed for 9 to 11 December, but at different venues. If your company could exhibit at both, you will need two separate build crews and two sets of organiser paperwork running at the same time. A modular system that can be reconfigured for each venue keeps the cost down, but the graphics and floor plan still need to be planned for each hall.

January and February: the heavy-industry window

IMTEX runs for seven days at BIEC from 21 January, and Aero India follows from 8 February at the Yelahanka air force station. These two shows ask very different things of a stand. A machine tool stand needs floor loading, power points and space to run equipment, while an aerospace stand usually puts more weight on display models, controlled lighting and a closed meeting room. Aero India also has its own organiser rules for access and security, so allow extra time for approvals. Our pages for IMTEX 2027 and Aero India 2027 cover the planning points for each.

Spring and autumn: BIEC consumer-facing and trade shows

IIJS Tritiya in April, Global Food Pro in May and ProPak India at the end of September are all listed at BIEC. Venue familiarity helps here. Once your fabricator has built at BIEC, the same team already knows the hall layout, the loading routine and how the organiser handles power and rigging orders. Our Bangalore page has more on how we work in the city.

How to plan around this calendar

  1. Pick your anchor show first. Choose the one show that matters most to your pipeline and build the stand design around it.
  2. Check for reuse. Ask whether the structure can be reused at a second show with new graphics.
  3. Count back from the build date. Custom stands need roughly six to eight weeks, so for IMTEX the design should be moving by late November.
  4. Read the exhibitor manual early. Height limits, flooring and power rules differ between BIEC, KTPO and Yelahanka.

Not sure what size to book? Our booth size guide and stand cost guide are good places to start, and you can see all the shows we cover on the major exhibitions page.

Frequently asked questions

Which exhibitions are coming up in Bengaluru?

The shows we track in Bengaluru between December 2026 and September 2027 are Green Energy India Expo, Auto EV Bharat, IMTEX, Aero India, IIJS Tritiya, Global Food Pro and ProPak India. Please confirm the dates with each organiser.

Where are most Bengaluru exhibitions held?

Most are listed at BIEC, the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre. Others use KTPO Trade Centre or, for Aero India, the Air Force Station at Yelahanka.

How early should I start planning a stand for a Bengaluru show?

For a custom stand, about six to eight weeks before build-up is a practical minimum, and earlier for large island stands.

Can one stand be used for two shows?

Often yes. A modular structure can be reconfigured and given new graphics for a second show, as long as the floor plan and organiser rules suit both halls.
