OUR PROCESS

Our Process for AAHAR 2027

Brief: you share the stand number, size, open sides, products and budget range.

Concept and 3D design: layouts and 3D views are prepared and revised until you approve.

Organiser compliance: we check the exhibitor manual for height, electrical, fire and rigging rules.

Fabrication: the stand is built and pre-assembled at our Mumbai facility and quality-checked.

Transport: delivery is planned against the venue’s advance-delivery and set-up schedule.

On-site installation: our supervisors install, light and finish the stand before the show opens.

Dismantling: the stand is dismantled after the show and material is cleared as per the organiser rules.
